Delivery is via courier, and this is a third party company. Sims flowers cannot be held liable for any delay in the transit or damage occurred in transit. Sims Flowers will however try to obtain for the customer a full or partial refund from the courier but the is not a guarantee of refund. Sims may at its discretion offer other alternative offers to resolve any issues.
Please also note that some flowers are seasonal and may not always be available or to the standards that Sims Flowers strives for. It may be necessary for our florists to substitute certain flowers within a design, The substitute flowers will be to the same or a higher value and will compliment the other flowers in the design.
The delivery date of the flowers is on contract terms a guide, and we strive to complete delivery to the guide date, on occasion it may be necessary to delay delivery or deliver earlier than the guide date. This will usually be due to making the best use of the flowers shelf life. Where possible any changes to the delivery date will be notified in advance. Please note, delivery days are Tuesday – Friday.
On the event that the customer puts a deposit of any amount towards our products/services. The full amount must be paid off at least 2 working days before scheduled delivery. The deposit is non-refundable.
